With the coming of this year’s graduation season, a group of new faces joined Xinya. These 42 new employees from different departments took part in our company’s first “Iron Warrior” training camp from July 9 to 14, which was organized by the HR Department and HSE department, to help new faces quickly adapt to the work environment and enhance their personal ability and teamwork consciousness.

The activity is aimed to cultivate new employees’ willpower, teamwork ability and self-confidence so they can handle the challenges better in their future career. During the activities, the organizers meticulously prepared a series of training courses, including physical training, “Xin” Culture learing, safety knowledge training and so on.

After five days of training, the first “Iron Warrior” training camp parade was held in front of the company’s headquarter building on the morning of July 14 and Vice President Wang Junting attended the parade and reviewed the trainees. Under the leadership of Chief Instructor Zhou Zhilong, the trainees successfully finished the parade, bursting with energy and youthful vigor.

At the closing ceremony, the representatives of trainees shared their experiences in the activity. After that, Vice President Wang Junting awarded the excellent trainees of this activity with certificates and prizes. Our company also invited the seniors of relevant departments - Mrs. Zhou Jianfeng, assistant manager of commercial dept., Mr. Le Lei, assistant director of Electrical&Machinery Workshop, Mr. Zhou Xiaowei, assistant director of Logistics Workshop and Mr. Gao Shigui, assistant director of Comprehensive Hull Workshop - to attend the ceremony and share with the trainees their own experiences about their youth and struggles they had undergone in Xinya over the years.

The “Iron Warrior” training camp not only gave new employees a chance to practice and exercise, but also provided a platform for them to interact with new colleagues, establish friendship and deepen trust through tackling challenges and conquering obstacles together, which can lay a good foundation for collaborative work in the future.
