On September 29, 2020, entrusted by Zhoushan Xinya Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Hanbang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. undertook the "Zhoushan Xinya Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. No. 1 Outfitting Wharf (200,000 tons) renovation project" Environmental impact assessment work. In order to protect the legal rights and interests of the public in the environment, improve the scientificity and pertinence of environmental impact assessment, and improve the rationality and effectiveness of environmental protection measures, in accordance with the "Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" ( Ministry Order No. 4), the project is now publicly announced for the first time for public participation, soliciting opinions and suggestions from the general public.
