Attend daily vessel repair meetings on time to stay informed about production progress; maintain open communication with the shipowner’s technical staff, promptly update the repair budget, and remind the technical staff to keep the repair budget current, thereby preventing the total repair costs from exceeding the shipowner’s budget. 3. For any special works discovered during the repair process, or for cases where the scope of work has clearly expanded, promptly gather detailed information, and assist the shipowner’s technical staff in preparing budgets and adjusting timelines for the expanded work. 4. Throughout the routine repair period, you must report daily on the progress and ongoing activities related to each vessel’s repair to the market representative, assisting the market representative in providing excellent service to the shipowner’s technical staff and effectively serving as a bridge and point of contact between the shipowner and the company. 5.
