Zhoushan Xinya Shipyard Co., Ltd. is located at Donglangju, Liuheng Town, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. Founded in August 2002, the company covers an area of over 308,000 square meters with a total shoreline length of 1,532 meters. It currently employs more than 1,180 staff members and has over 3,000 contracted workers. Situated on the southern shore of Shuangyu Port (Fodu Waterway), at 122°06′50″ East longitude and 29°47′25″ North latitude, the company boasts “two dry docks and seven berths,” possessing strong operational capabilities. It is currently a private enterprise with core competitiveness in China’s ship repair industry, consistently ranking among the top large-scale ship repair enterprises nationwide, and topped the Clarkson Global Ship Repair Yard Ship Repair Volume Ranking in 2020. The company enjoys convenient land and water transportation, with broad waters that make it extremely easy for vessels to enter and exit the dry docks.

The company is qualified to undertake overseas steel vessel repair projects and domestic international tender projects, and has established itself as one of the few top-tier shipyards in China capable of repairing LNG vessels, with an annual repair capacity exceeding 450 vessels. The vessels we repair primarily include large and medium-sized ships such as container ships, oil tankers, bulk carriers, chemical tankers, offshore support vessels, and Ro-Ro car carriers, while continuously increasing the proportion of repairs for “high‑value” vessels like LPG/LNG carriers. The company has developed a “quality‑oriented” and “technology‑driven” ship repair model, steadily strengthening its technical expertise in high‑value maintenance and repair services. We have also brought in specialized manufacturers—such as Océane Turbocharger Repair, Alfa Laval Cooler Repair, MAN Germany, and Dalian Wanfang Hydraulic Repair—to set up branch offices or repair centers within our facility.
