27rd February 2023; In the morning, Mr.Yanqing Li,the Secretary General of China International Shipbuilding Industry Association and his team visited Xinya for investigation and research, accompanied by Xinya’s CEO Mr.Songkang Xia ,Vice President Mr.Junting Wang.

During the meeting，Mr.Songkang Xia briefly introduced the history of Xinya as well as the experiences and achievements in recent years in Party building, Restructuring and Transformation strategies, 8s management, Green-Ship-Repair concept and actions ,Holiday-mood Working Experience concept, human resources construction, salary system reform, information digitization reform, public services and so on. Meanwhile, Mr. Xia also expressed the difficulties and confusions that Xinya has encountered on the way for developing.

Mr.Yanqing Li and his team discussed the issues raised by Mr.Songkang Xia and exchanged the opinions. Mr.Yanqing Li said that Zhoushan region is the only one in China where the ship repair industry clustered in and scaled up and become an industry chain. The ship repair experiences and stories happened in Zhoushan could influence global ship repair market. He affirmed and praised Xinya's remarkable achievements in restructuring and transformation, and Holiday-mood Working Experience concept proposed by Xinya was also refreshing. CISIA is always concerned about the development of Xinya, and Mr.Li hoped to summarize the ship repair experiences gained in practice by three major shipyards in Liuyang, form a textual specification, formulate technical standards, share and promote them in whole industry.

In the end, Mr.Yanqing Li and his team made a site visit and research on factory companied by our CEO and vice president.
