To continuously strengthen team spirit and foster a sense of collective pride, on July 5, 2020, the first group of post-80s employees from various departments, led by General Manager Xia Songkang, set out for Anji to participate in team-building and outbound activities. This marked the official launch of the “I Add Brilliance to My Position” Xinya Post-80s Team-Building Program organized by the company. More than 400 employees will take part in batch-based team-building and outbound activities in locations such as Anji, Qiandao Lake, and Yandang Mountain between July and August, with leaders from the company’s headquarters each leading their own teams in these activities.

A Midsummer Dream: Flowers and Birds Beyond the World. From June 21 to 23, in order to continuously enrich employees’ leisure cultural lives, relieve work-related stress, and further enhance the company’s cohesion as well as employees’ sense of belonging and fulfillment, and guided by the philosophy of “work with joy, live a happy life,” the company organized a sea fishing excursion to Huaniao Island for 30 employees who share a passion for deep-sea angling—led by General Manager Xia Songkang. Deputy General Manager Shao Bin, Assistant to the General Manager He Fengen, Assistant to the General Manager Wang Junting, and other headquarters leaders also took part in the sea fishing event.
