To carry forward and promote the “May Fourth” Spirit, further harness the power of youth, and highlight the crucial role young people play in building a century‑long green Xinya, while also strengthening relationships among the company’s young employees and fostering a sense of teamwork, the Xinya Communist Youth League is hosting a “Welcome May Fourth” themed League Day event in anticipation of the May Fourth Youth Day.

I. Revisiting the Pledge Upon Joining the Youth League

In the company’s newly inaugurated Party building exhibition hall, the Youth League organization of Xinya led its young members in revisiting their oath upon joining the League. Wearing their League badges, the members stood solemnly, fists clenched and raised high by their ears, solemnly taking their oath! The resolute and powerful words of the oath echoed through the air—this is the very confidence that drives Xinya’s youth to strive hard and write brilliant chapters in their youthful years.

2. Conduct a Youth League Day activity on Xin Ya Avenue with the theme “Practice Waste Sorting, Protect Our Green Mountains and Clear Waters.”

As the primary thoroughfare for employees entering and exiting the company, Xinya Avenue serves as the company’s first impression. The company’s young employees have both the responsibility and the duty to safeguard the environmental hygiene here and protect our lush green mountains and clear waters.

On the afternoon of May 2, the Communist Youth League organization of Xinya assembled a volunteer team to collect and sweep garbage along Xinya Avenue, sorting and disposing of it properly. They prepared materials on waste sorting knowledge and went door-to-door to educate business operators along Xinya Avenue about proper waste management practices. The volunteer team also drafted an initiative letter for the businesses lining the street, calling on everyone to practice waste sorting, maintain environmental hygiene, and jointly build a beautiful, green home.

A delegation from the Wuhan Shipbuilding Academy paid a visit to our company for exchanges and research.

The Company’s Mechanical and Electrical Work Area Wheel Group has been awarded the “Pioneer Worker” title by Putuo District.
