On November 2, the captain and engine officer of our client vessel ST HIKARI (the “Shengguang” vessel) sent a letter of thanks to our company, expressing their gratitude for the heartwarming story of Li Zewei, an employee of Xinfafa Jiaqian Team No. 3 in our internal coordination construction team, who, after finding the engine officer’s wallet on the shipyard premises, actively sought out the owner and voluntarily returned it.
The letter of appreciation commended our company’s employees for their noble moral character and their commendable act of returning lost property, while also outlining the shipping company’s impressions of our employees’ professional demeanor, corporate management, and corporate culture. It strongly affirmed that our company’s daily morning meeting slogan—“Be serious, work fast, honor our commitments, and never make excuses”—is far from mere empty rhetoric.
To promote the noble virtue of Li Zewei, an internal coordination employee at our company, who returned a lost item without keeping it for himself, on the afternoon of November 12, Manager Liu Junbo of the Safety & Environmental Protection Department, on behalf of the company, presented him with a certificate of recognition for his integrity and a cash reward.
