Igniting “Xin” Fire, Building Dreams for the Future — The Company’s First “Steel Warriors” Training Camp Comes to a Successful Conclusion

With the arrival of the new graduation season, Xinya Company has welcomed a fresh batch of faces. To help them quickly adapt to the work environment and enhance their individual capabilities and team‑working awareness, from July 9 to 14, the Human Resources Department and the Safety & Environmental Supervision Department jointly organized the company’s first “Steel Warriors” Training Camp for 42 newly hired employees across all departments.
Activity The aim is to cultivate new employees’ willpower, teamwork skills, and self‑confidence, enabling them to better tackle the various challenges they will face in their future careers. Throughout the program, the company has meticulously prepared a series of training sessions, including physical fitness exercises, “Xin” culture workshops, and safety awareness training.
After five days of intensive training, the review ceremony for the inaugural “Steel Warriors” Training Camp was held on the morning of July 14 in front of the company’s headquarters building. Deputy General Manager Wang Junting reviewed the trainees, who, under the guidance of Chief Instructor Zhou Zhilong, were full of energy and brimming with youthful vitality, successfully completing the review with flying colors.
At the closing ceremony, the student representatives shared their insights and experiences from the program. Subsequently, Vice General Manager Wang Junting presented certificates and cash prizes to the outstanding participants of this event. The company also invited senior colleagues from relevant departments—Zhou Jianfeng, Assistant Manager of the Commercial Department; Le Lei, Assistant Director of the Electromechanical Workshop; Zhou Xiaowei, Assistant Director of the Logistics Workshop; and Gao Shigui, Assistant Director of the Hull Integration Workshop—to attend the event and share their stories of youthful dedication and hard work at Xinya over the years.
This “Steel Warriors” training camp not only provided newly hired employees with opportunities for hands-on practice, but also offered them a platform to communicate with one another and build friendships. By jointly facing challenges and overcoming difficulties, they deepened their mutual understanding and trust, laying a solid foundation for future work collaboration.
