24th April,2023; the Vice President of Zhejiang Branch of Export-Import Bank of China--Mr.Meihua Lu and his team visited Xinya for investigation and guidance, were warmly received by Xinya's CEO Mr.Songkang Xia ,Vice President Mr. Junting Wang.

Mr.Songkang Xia had a brief introduction about Xinya's achievements on the second and third phase development of Yatai, high-standard services, salary system reform, Client resourcing and developing, Restructuring and Transformation strategies, and digital intelligence, etc. Mr. Xia also stressed that Xinya insists on doing professional, concentrating only on ship repairing, toward to the vision of green Xinya for decades.

Mr.Meihua Lu expressed later on that Xinya brand ranks the best in ship repair industry among China. Today's field visit and exchange made a deep impression. The unique management concepts of Xinya are refreshing, and the financial reform and development is worth learning from.
