Eagles Cleave the Air，As We Did in Our Youth 

In anticipation of the " China's Youth Day ", in order to strengthen the willpower of the company's youth members and follow the company’s ideal of “One group, one life, one thing, only for ship-repairing”, with the support of the company's party committee, Labor Union, and headquarter leaderships, from April 25th to 26th, the company's Youth League organized representatives from various departments to go Xiazhi Island to carry out the "Sailing Far with Xinya" theme day activity.

Beauty in Spring, Beauty in You

On the afternoon of April 25th, the Communist Youth League Members participated in the team building activity, while checking into the B&B Hotel on Xiazhi Island, where they would face the sea and enjoy the beautiful spring sunshine.

The "Knowing Xinya, Growing in Xinya" sharing session was held in the form of a speech competition. The competition mainly focused on the story of "The days I lived in Xinya" and the practice of "Xin Culture" in daily work. The purpose was to share their stories of meeting, knowing and accompanying Xinya from a first-person perspective.

Twelve contestants participated in this competition. The contestants had carefully prepared and rehearsed many times in advance, and most of them gave speeches without reading from a script. They told the Youth League members about their perceptions of Xinya, and their speeches were in line with reality, with sincere emotions that occasionally resonated with the audience.

In the end, the non-participating Youth League members formed a public judges' panel, and the three comrades Mr. Lin Cheng from Administrative Dept., Miss Wenjing Zhou from the Finance Dept., and Mr. Yong Cheng from the Subcontractor Dept., respectively won the top three spots with scores of 9.36, 8.20 and 8.14. The Secretary of the Company's Youth League Branch----Miss Siyu Yang presented awards and prizes to the top three comrades.

During the meeting, the youth members also read the collection book "I and the Enterprise Together " and exchanged the feelings.

Mountain Climbing and Outing with Vitality

On April 26th, the Youth League members climbed mountains and went on outings, reaching the summit observation deck and overlooking the Xiazhi International Waterway, a key waterway for entering and exiting the Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, where it is said that a giant ship passes by every few minutes on average.

Playing and Socializing

With sandy beaches and ocean waves, and the blue sea and sky, the Youth League members gathered together at the beautiful Xiazhi island to fully relax and enjoy the sea breeze, taste delicious food, and talk about their ideals. They also formed the company's logo "XYD" on the beach, expressing their love for the company.

Future belongs to the youth, and hope lies with them.

The "Sailing Far with Xinya" theme day activity not only released the youthful vitality of the Youth League members but also provided a platform for consensus, empathy, and encouragement. It also enhanced the team cohesion and centripetal force of the Youth League members, allowing them to get to know colleagues from various departments, establishing deep friendships and bonds, and more firmly believing in the ideal of "a group of people, one lifetime, one thing, only for ship-repairing." Now, they will work together to paint a blue print for Xinya's future, which will be filled with dreams and hope.
