6th February 2023 Morning;Xinya 2022 Annual Summary Commendation Ceremony was held at 1#Canteen. Chairman Mr. Yaguo Zhou, CEO Mr. Songkang Xia, Vice president Mr. Fon He, Mr. Junting Wang, Mr. Boting Zhou and Mr. Bin Shao was attending ceremony togethered with all staff of company.

First of all, Mrs. Joyce Bao, the Regional Manager of the Commerce Department, shared her personal business experiences and achievements in 2022 on her speech. And Mr. Wei Fu, the Representative of the Engineering Management Department, also shared the team work and selfless dedication of the Engineering Management team. He expressed that toiling day and night like an iron soldier to guarantee to a deadline is Xinya's spirit which uplifted whole team to work around the clock whenever under moonlight or downpour in 2022.

Secondly, CEO Mr. Songkang Xia made a work report titled "These Ten Years We Were Together--Accumulate the energy to get great change,strive hard to have a new chapter in green and high-quality development of Xinya".  Mr. Songkang Xia reviewed the Xinya's journey from 2013 to 2022, which filled with a series of brilliant achievements. This decade is not only for gaining the rapid economic growth for Xinya, but also for gathering energy to get overturned. This decade has been a period of consequence-- a time set apart in Xinya's history.

He also pointed out that having all of those achievements were not easy. Over the past ten years, company has made great efforts to run the business from Zero to something, something to good, good to strong. Step by step, we got a series of breakthroughs and remarkable results; we went towards internationalization. To be down to earth, we got a magnificent period of Xinya's green and high-quality development.

And the year 2023 is the opening year for company to implement "the Fifth Five-Year Plan". Standing at the first year of the "Fifth Five-Year Plan", CEO Mr. Xia stressed that we must step out the first step well and embrace the new future.

He required all staff to fully understand the current situation in the ship industry and grab the major opportunities with hard-working and team-work, to use intelligent and digital technology to improve a greener and high efficiency ship repairing work environment and get better and more sustainable development of Xinya.

Then Chairman Mr. Yaguo Zhou had a speech to express his thanks to CEO Mr. Songkang Xia and all staff for their efforts and selfless dedication to company.

"Looking back the achievements we had made, which had already overfulfilled the goals and tasks deployed by the Board of Directors last year. Company did create a new miracle that impressed the ship repair industry in domestic and overseas." He said.

Chairman Mr. Zhou also pointed out that after the exciting moments of year 2022, we have to continuously follow the leadership of CEO Mr. Songkang Xia in 2023. With a new attitude and a positive outlook to write a new chapter of Xinya’s great success.

After all the speeches, company rewarded the outstanding groups and individuals who had excellent performances in Year 2022 with certificates and great bonuses. Rewarded titles as follows: 2022 LNG Special Contributor, the fourth "The Most Beautiful Xinya People", "2022 Xinya Warriors", the pioneer team of internal construction management, and the scholarship of employees' children.

Those honor rewards encouraged those who toiled day and night that all the efforts would be paid off and set up good examples for all employees as well. Company wishes all staff continuously hold the Xinya's spirit and be down-to-earth, strived forward to the new journey of the next "Five-Year Plan".

At the end of the ceremony, all the staff and company's leaders sang the song " Starting over " together.

Along with the song, Xinya embraces 2023 and starts over again !
