On the morning of June 1, 2022, Xie Chunlin, the secretary of the Party Committee of CMES shipping and his party visited our company for research and guidance, accompanied by Cao Jun, the deputy director of Zhoushan Port and Maritime Administration, Xia Songkang, the general manager, He Fengen and Wang Junting, the deputy general manager.

At the symposium, General Manager Xia firstly introduced Xinya's dramatic development history in the past 20 years since the establishment of the company, and gave a detailed introduction and report to Chairman Xie and his party from twelve aspects, such as standardized service, 8S management, digital reform, "big safety and small cost" concept and enterprise culture construction. General Manager Xia said that Xinya's future must be to provide ship repair experience for the world, which is Xinya's ultimate goal and also his goal to strive for.

Chairman Xie introduced the basic situation of the companies under China Merchants and also mentioned that safety is the top priority in ship repair. Chairman Xie believed that in the future, ship repair needs to be optimized in terms of quality control, repair cost, standardized service and repair period, so as to win the trust of customers better. Chairman Xie expressed that he would keep the continuous communication and development with Xinya in the future.

After receiving the safety training from XINYA, Chairman Xie and his party inspected the vessels under repair of China Merchants on site.
