Recently, the 2022 Annual Ship Coating Quality Skills Competition organized by the company came to a successful conclusion. This competition aimed to further improve the company's painting team's awareness of quality, promote the painting operation standards and process and further the high-quality development of green ship repair.

Bid farewell to gorgeous spring, usher the brilliant summer. Xinya Ship Coating Quality Skill Competition started in 1# dock on May 5, 2022, the day of start of summer. Before the competition, a brief opening ceremony was held, and the rules and criteria of skill competition were announced. There were 10 teams within the association of 38 painting gunners participating in the competition, who were from Suyi, Jiahao, Shengmaofeng and Sanxin company and so on.

The competition adhered to the "with hurried production, with quality", and 10 contestants coating teams were at five ships at the same time for the competition. The contents, such as beauty of paint forming, thickness standard degrees of oil film, control of paint mist and so on. Then, people from Quality Control Department, Hull Comprehensive Work Area and supplier formed the panel of judges to comprehensive score of the game project.

Every competitor participated in the competition with full vitality and gave full play to their coating skills with excellent actual combat experience.

After a series of coating skills competition, scoring and evaluation, Jiahao  coating first-team's Jiao Zuli and Zhong Tinghai defeated others and won the first prize. Zhang Tianping from Xinbo coating first-team, Re Wuha from xinqing coating first-team and Tian Mingguo from Su Yitu first-team won the second prize. Ji Keguyi from Xinquan coating first-team, Zuo Junpeng from Xinquan coating second-team, Yan Mingsheng from Xinquan coating third-team, Ma Chuanjian from water jet and Gao Changying from water jet second-team won the third prize.

The company's 2022 ship coating quality skills competition provides a platform of lateral communication and mutual learning. Every competitor complements each other amd improves skills. The competition enhances the enthusiasm of training, growth and dedication of job, and creates conditions for creating Xinya's high-quality coating team. We believe that the quality of Xinya will be higher.
