On January 28, the Xinya 2024 Partner Negotiation Conference, themed “Xinya Together, Co‑Creating Shared Success,” was grandly held on Liuheng Island in China, bringing together representatives from more than 60 partner companies across the country to gather in Zhoushan Xinya and discuss future development. The company’s headquarters leadership team attended the conference, along with heads of relevant departments.
Before the meeting began, all partners first took a tour of our shipyard, pier, business experience center, and other facilities, further deepening their understanding of the various workflows involved in ship repair and laying a more solid foundation for future cooperation and exchanges. At the same time, they posed for photos and signed the guest book at the signing wall in the conference hall.

At the meeting, General Manager Xia Songkang delivered an impassioned address: The year 2023 that has just passed was a truly epoch‑making and milestone year for Xinya. Throughout this year, we forged ahead in pursuit of our dreams, firmly adhering to the integrated work requirements of “green, safe, and digital.” Taking the deepening of fine‑tuning ship structures as our main development thread, we accelerated the use of innovative digital and intelligent technologies to build a new green ship repair development model, leaving a bold and vibrant mark on Xinya’s history and achieving one remarkable feat after another.
General Manager Xia pointed out that XinYa’s achievements today are inseparable from the sincere cooperation and mutual growth with all our partners. We will always cherish your dedication and unwavering support—these bonds of friendship, forged over time, mean the world to us. General Manager Xia Songkang stated that 2024 is destined to be an extraordinary year. At the meeting, the company presented awards to its top partners who have long supported and assisted Xinya’s development. Vice General Manager Zhou Boting read out the list of winners for the 2023 “Best Partner” award from Zhoushan Xinya. General Manager Xia Songkang then presented awards to six organizations, including Shanghai Xingchi Trading Co., Ltd., Zhongran Zhoushan Ship Fuel Co., Ltd., Servis Pump & Valve Manufacturing (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., Jingjiang Tongxin Abrasives Co., Ltd., MAN Machinery Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch, and Aoseneng Turbocharger Systems (Chongqing) Co., Ltd.
The award‑winning partners each delivered their acceptance speeches at the conference, stating that they would further deepen their friendly cooperation, leverage their resource advantages, and achieve mutual benefit, win‑win outcomes, and common development.
At the negotiation meeting, Company General Manager Xia Songkang signed the “Integrity Agreement” and the “Quality Agreement” on-site with representatives from six partner organizations.
