From July 6 to 7, the company’s annual sea fishing team-building event took place as scheduled, with more than 30 sea fishing enthusiasts from headquarters leadership and various departments and work zones participating in the Dongji Sea Fishing Team‑Building Activity.
The enchanting East Pole, with its azure seas and endless blue skies. The sea‑fishing champions at Xin Yu are eager to get started, poised and ready to go—first the “Kang’er Boat” and then the “Xin Ya Fen Jin” set sail one after another, slicing through the wind and riding the waves like two dolphins soaring across the magnificent, vast expanse of the ocean, leaving behind streaks of white foam as they boldly forge ahead toward the East Pole, renowned as the “Shining Pearl of the East Sea.”
The beauty of Dongji is beyond words— it leaves one only able to marvel at nature’s incredible artistry. Under the blazing sun, atop the deep blue sea, the sea fishing enthusiasts embody the Xinxin Culture’s spirit of “daring to venture,” “pioneering innovation,” and “taking decisive action,” casting their rods and reeling in fish one after another. Blue herring, small hairtail, tigerhead fish, and more soon took the hook, quickly filling up the refrigerator—and the hard work paid off with the joyful harvest of a successful sea fishing trip.
During this Dongji sea fishing team-building event, the sea was rough with significant wind and waves, and towering swells occasionally crashed against the hull. Yet the Xinya team remained undaunted by the elements, standing tall at the crest of the tide and forging ahead into the deep blue. With tenacious resolve and an unwavering belief in victory, they worked together in unity to pursue the schools of fish, fully embracing the joy of sea fishing. This sea fishing team-building activity perfectly embodied Xinya’s steadfast ideals and convictions: “A group of people, a lifetime, one shared mission—continuously building ships.” They poured their all into work while brimming with energy and enthusiasm during their leisure time; every year, they showcase the Xinya spirit.
