To fully prepare for the defense against Typhoon "Khanun," on the evening of July 30th, the company convened a deployment meeting. The meeting was chaired by the CEO Xia Songkang, who outlined the work requirements. Vice President Wang Junting, Shao Bin, and personnel from various departments and fleets attended the meeting.

The meeting pointed out that this typhoon is of significant intensity, compounded by factors such as high tides. All departments should enhance their awareness, strictly adhere to the requirements for comprehensive hazard identification, readiness of emergency supplies, and deployment of emergency personnel. It are instructed to implement various measures for typhoon defense and emergency preparedness. A Typhoon Defense Command Center for No. 6 Typhoon was established during the meeting, and each department made statements on the implementation of typhoon defense work.

CEO Xia Songkang emphasized: firstly, to attach great importance and overcome any potential negligence; secondly, to prioritize the well-being of individuals and ensure personal safety; thirdly, to broaden perspectives, strengthen prevention, and apply technological means for typhoon resistance; fourthly, to obey unified arrangements, and ensure the proper implementation of responsibilities; and fifthly, to enhance inspections of docks and wharfs, ensuring the safety of unpowered vessels.
