Special “Safe Production Month” Activities: Company Holds a Signing Ceremony for the Safety Zone Responsibility System Commitment Letter

To fully implement the 2023 Safety Production Month, themed “Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies,” and to further deepen and put into practice the important guiding principles outlined by Company General Manager Xia Songkang in his keynote speech at the “May 15” Safety Conference, on the morning of June 15, the company seized the opportunity of its regular safety and quality learning meeting to organize a signing ceremony for the Safety Zone Responsibility Commitment Letter. More than 100 representatives from relevant departments—including the Engineering Operations Management Department, the Engineering Collaboration Department, the Engineering Support Management Department, and the Safety & Environmental Supervision Department—as well as various work zones, attended the ceremony, which was also graced by the presence of Vice General Manager Wang Junting, who is in charge of safety.
At the safety and quality study meeting, Liu Junbo, Manager of the Safety and Environmental Supervision Department, provided a detailed explanation on safety management practices and the implementation of responsibilities, covering multiple aspects including newly hired employees, special operations, personal protective equipment, safety briefings, personnel control, and safety red lines.
At the meeting, Deputy General Manager Wang Junting emphasized: We must fully implement the company’s decisions and arrangements for safe production. From personal protective equipment to certified上岗, from the original seven safety red lines to the addition and refinement of the ten safety red lines, each step is a crucial tool for enhancing safety management. All departments and work areas must ensure that “safety belts are never loosened and safety management is never relaxed,” leveraging Xinya’s distinctive and differentiated approach to safety work to further solidify and strengthen the foundation of enterprise safety production management, while continuously raising the safety awareness and overall competence of all employees.
At the meeting, Deputy General Manager Wang Junting, on behalf of the company, signed safety zone responsibility commitment letters with the Engineering Operations Management Department, the Engineering Collaboration Department, the Engineering Support Management Department, the Safety and Environmental Supervision Department, and other relevant departments.
Manager Yu Haigang of the Engineering Operations and Management Department signed safety zone responsibility commitment letters with each work area, fleet, and chief supervisor, respectively.
