Work hard and practice far. On July 2, the first half of 2023 work meeting of Xinya was held in the conference room on the eighth floor of the headquarter. Headquarter leaders, heads of departments and related personnel attended the meeting.

CEO Xia Songkang comprehensively reviewed the achievements made in the first half of this year, affirmed the efforts made by all departments to complete the company’s goals and tasks, and also analyzed and pointed out the weaknesses in the current work of every department.

Mr.Xia noted that all departments should focus on the annual goals and tasks in the second half of this year, keep a close eye on the adjustment of the proportion of ship repair types, pay attention to the shortcomings, identify gaps and improve weaknesses, develop and innovate, and make sure that all the work of the Digital Intelligence Ship Repair and Green Ship Repair will be put into practice and taking the lead.

CEO Xia requested that all departments and workshops further implement the decisions and deployments made by the Board at the start of this year, combine the 13 tasks, clearly assign the objectives and responsibilities to specific person, continue to promote the development of Digital Intelligence Ship Repair and Green Ship Repair, and effectively carry out the work of precise employment, 8S management, security improvement and cost reduction.

At last, CEO Xia emphasized that we should center our efforts on Green Ship Repair, innovate work solutions, and promote reform and development continuously. To make characteristics and highlights in commercial, transportation management, security and engineer support and various work fields, and to strengthen our company’s positive development trend with more zeal, more high-spirited and more pragmatic working style. Additionally, we need to be proactive and make overall plans to ensure the successful completion of all work in the second half of the year.
