On the morning of May 11, more than 900 employees once again received a “heartwarming” care gift from the company—a pair of summer/autumn safety helmets for electric bicycles. Following the distribution of over 900 spring/winter safety helmets last September, the company has now once again provided more than 900 summer/autumn safety helmets to all employees who commute by electric bicycle.

The company has always paid close attention to and cared about the commuting safety of its employees, consistently maintaining and continuously strengthening traffic safety education. We require employees to prioritize safety “from the head” down, and to consciously develop the habit of wearing riding safety helmets.

“Safety is the foundation of everything. By providing helmets to our employees, we hope they can go to work with joy and return home safely,” said General Manager Xia Songkang at the regular safety and quality training meeting. With more than 900 employees who ride electric scooters, the company has equipped each rider with two high‑quality cycling helmets—suitable for both summer and autumn, as well as spring and winter—hoping that this extra gesture of care will offer employees an added layer of protection.

The company provides electric scooter riders with safety helmets twice a year, fully demonstrating its humanistic care for employees. This heartwarming gesture allows employees to genuinely feel the warmth of the XinYa family, significantly boosting the company’s cohesion, further strengthening employees’ strong sense of belonging, and encouraging them to actively dedicate themselves to their respective roles in concrete actions to give back to the enterprise.
