4 On the morning of the 15th, Zhoushan City… Ye Yajun, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of the Science and Technology Association; Zhao Feng, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman; Zhang Yao, Vice Chairman, and a delegation of six people visited our company for a research visit. They were accompanied by Wang Junting, Deputy General Manager; Liu Jin, Manager of the Quality Inspection Department; and Wang Yuanbo, Director of the Technology Center.
During the symposium, the research team focused on listening to reports on the company’s basic operational status and its progress in scientific and technological innovation. Deputy General Manager Wang Junting delivered a presentation covering the introduction of green ship repair facilities and equipment, the recruitment of specialized talent for LNG vessel repairs, the enhancement of process skills, and digital transformation initiatives.
Chairman Ye Yajun fully affirmed Xinya’s efforts in green ship repair and technological innovation, while also expressing the hope that the company will remain vigilant even in times of stability, strengthen its internal technical capabilities, and enhance its collaboration with organizations such as the Science and Technology Association, universities, and academician workstations. He stated that the organization would further increase its support for the company in areas such as technology acquisition and talent recruitment, thereby providing robust services and playing a vital role in elevating the company’s ship repair operations.
