      On February 10, 2021, the 1# canteen hall is magnificent and the lanterns are high. The 2020 annual summary and commendation meeting was held here. All the staff attended the meeting.      At the meeting, Chairman Zhou Yaguo delivered a warm speech and expressed his gratitude to the general manager Xia Songkang on behalf of the board of directors. Thanks for his leadership, all Xinya people worked hard and walked hand in hand, never forgetting their original intentions in adversity. , Showing the determination and perseverance of Xinya people, the annual sales output value exceeded 3 billion yuan for the first time, writing a new chapter in the history of Xinya.

       General Manager Xia Songkang reviewed the work in 2020 at the meeting. The sales output value of 2020 exceeded 3 billion, which is a great miracle created by Xinya in its history. In the whole year, 431 ships of various types were repaired, 84 desulfurization towers were reconstructed, and the highest peak reached 45 ships under repair. The contract with LNG was successfully signed and the repair of LNG ships was a good start. 2020 is a year full of sense of gain, honor, and happiness for our employees. It is also a year of positive energy, which truly reflects our Xinya family, we breathe together with our destiny and our hearts are connected.

       General Manager Xia Songkang put forward the prospects and goals to be implemented for 2021. We must strictly control the prevention and control, innovate the safety management system, concentrate our efforts on the pragmatic safety foundation, and step up the pace of the repair quality improvement. We will never waver and continue to improve. High-quality service standardization, continuous promotion of 6S management, continuous improvement of cost control, continuous improvement of our repair varieties, strengthening of integrity awareness, grasping integrity in the industry, and strengthening the construction of "Xin Culture" to enhance core competitiveness. 2020 is an extraordinary year in the development history of Xinya and has achieved great results. In 2021, we hope that the year of the ox will be bullish as the "two characters".
