From March 2 to 23, in order to further implement the general requirements for safety about "clear away blind sides and corners, mention essences, contain deaths, decline accidents and total quantities", strengthen the safety and standard operation of ship repair and make the workers deeply understand of the significance of production’s safety, the safety and environment department focused on the actual situation about the scene of ship repair and the need of job and organized and held the re-education of individual Specialized safety training for the six types of workers in the internal cooperation team so that they can improve the standardization of production's safety.

        According to different types of work trade, the re-education of individual specialized safety training is divided into six kinds of training classes, such as chain locker, water jet, handyman, painting, silo clearing and cleaning and so on. To avoid affecting the production and make sure the effect of the re-education of safety training, the safety and environment department organized and carried out re-education of safety training in batches, stages, divisions and locations, the contents were about the correct use of labor insurance things, business processes of each kind of work trade, security line, four principles of no harm and three rules of violation. They also combined pictures and words to teach typical case of violation of rules and regulations in various types of work and the methods and correct disposal measures. They also alerted each operator intuitively and effectively in the form of injury cases that have occurred.

        Through the re-education of individual specialized safety training, all kinds of construction operators promote the safe awareness of self-protection, understand the risks and hidden dangers of this work with more detail, further improve the standard and safety of daily operations. It not only reduces the production site violations, violations and other behaviors, and further effectively curbs the occurrence of work injury, but also creates a safe and stable working environment and atmosphere for employees, and provides a stronger guarantee for the company’s safe production.
