To strengthen corporate culture, further enhance the company’s cohesion and sense of unity, and invigorate and enrich employees’ extracurricular cultural lives, the company organized a “East Pole Goji Berry Island Sea Fishing Fun” team-building event from May 29 to 31. More than 30 employees from various departments and work areas who are passionate about sea fishing took part in the team-building activity, and General Manager Xia Songkang, along with several leaders from headquarters, also joined the sea fishing team-building event. This sea fishing team-building event also specially invited representatives from external contractor teams to participate.
Sea fishing is a challenging and exhilarating recreational cultural activity that has endured through the ages—from ancient times to the present. This time, the sea fishing team’s training camp is located on Dongji Island. At the easternmost edge of China’s maritime territory, where the first rays of dawn break over the land, this place is renowned for its breathtaking scenery and goes by the beautiful nicknames “Potala Palace of the Sea” and “Lijiang of the Ocean.” Gouqi Island is an island located in the northern part of the Zhoushan Archipelago. Renowned worldwide for its island scenery of “azure seas and bizarre reefs, golden sands and fishing lights,” it is known as the “Fairy Mountain on the Sea.” In this picturesque setting… Picturesque East Extreme Island and Shengsi Gouqi Island are hosting team sea fishing training activities. It’s utterly captivating.
Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, the “Xinya Fenjin” sailed on a rather choppy sea. Under the leadership of General Manager Xia, the sea fishing training team conducted sea fishing and crab trap deployments across various islands—including the Dongji Archipelago and Gouqi Island—as well as on the open sea. The sweat and footprints of sea anglers can be found on rocky reefs, along piers, and aboard boats. The boundless expanse of azure blue ocean also drew in… General Manager Xia and other headquarters leaders eagerly swung their rods and cast their lines, showcasing their skills as sea fish such as black seabream, rock seabream, and tigerhead fish纷纷 became the prized catches in the hands of the sea anglers.
