--Xinya's Travel of Xinjiang in  2021

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, in order to strengthen and innovate the construction and development of "xin culture" and further enhance the cohesion and execution of the company. The company organized 2021 Xinjiang travel group construction and training activities with the theme of "China Xinya wholeheartedly to the Party, Integrity, Innovation and Development". Our company's senior leaders, heads of all departments, outstanding employees and representatives of foreign cooperation team 61 people participated in the 2021 Xinjiang travel group construction and training activities.

Under the correct leadership of the party Committee and headquarters, Xinya conscientiously studied and implements the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and constantly innovated the new concept of enterprise development, further improving the vitality and enhancing the attraction and cohesion of employee, and company maintained the spirit of "breaking through", the strength of "innovation" and the style of "working". Moreover, all the work had been developed in an all-round way, and it was ranked the first in the Clarkson Global Ship repair Enterprise list in 2020. To celebrate the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, company carried out the 2021 Xinjiang travel group construction and training activities with the theme of "Xinya of China Wholeheartedly to the Party, Starting again with Integrity, Innovation and Development". Employees can deeply feel the greatness of the Communist Party of China while visiting the beautiful rivers and mountains of the motherland. At the same time, it enriched and activated the company's amateur cultural life, further mobilized the enthusiasm and creativity of employees.

People drove to enjoy the group construction and training activities. Sixteen cars set off from Urumqi, Xinjiang, and circled back to Urumqi on their way north for twelve days. They followed the arrangements and helped each other, never being late, which showed the strong execution and team spirit of Xinya people. Whether it was a boring road or a winding road, driving for long periods of time was not afraid of fatigue, fatigue and danger, which showed that Xinya people had the courage to challenge the limit. All the way, no one shirked and complained, they all took care of each other and helped each other in difficulties, which was the strong cohesion of Xinya people!

Ups and downs along the way, people can feel the change of seasons in one day, but Xinya team experienced many things, such as overcoming braving the sun, resisting the cold wind storm struck, turning over steep mountains, crossing the gobi desert of unmanned and so on. They also had seen the changeable "devil city" Yadan landform, rivers and trees with mixture of "the beach", and went through the winding mountain road to the idyllic acaroid ancient village. Xinya team played around the peaceful and beautiful Lake of Selimu, galloped on the Nalati grassland, crossed the taklimakan Desert of Robb village, and crossed the southern section of Duku Highway shrouded by thick fog. Driving away the fog was the sun, which encouraged people to overcome the current difficulties. As long as they insisted on, never gave up, we can usher in the sun! Poplar forest is immortal. Xinya team will achieve the grand goal of one hundred years of poplar forest under the correct leadership of the company headquarters.

Xinjiang is very vast, covering one sixth of the whole of China. In a single day, people can feel different weather and different landforms. They can walk through the vast valley in the mountains parallel to the snowy mountains, and people can feel the warm sun under the cloud. Breathed in the fresh air in the virgin forest, stretched out and smelt the grass to enjoy a moment of peace. Under the leadership of General Manager Xia, the Xinya team sometimes galloped, sometimes screamed and laughed, and the slogan "We are All Xinya people" was resounded along the way, which was also shouted into the hearts of every herdsman. Sometimes startled birds let all the way beautiful, unpredictable, people linger, cannot help but sigh the motherland’s great rivers and mountains!

Xinya team drove a hundred kilometers every day and crossed one town after another. What is still fresh in people's mind is also the checkpoints that are strictly enforced, which makes this group pulling a lot more complicated, but the spirit of Xinjiang inspectors who stick to their posts and never relax is worth learning for all of us in Xinya, which is to strengthen awareness of safety, responsibility for safety and responsibility for our posts. General Manager Xia also repeatedly stressed that "speaking at most once" and we should listen carefully to and implement the requirements of the ship owners for the project in order to avoid inefficient communication. We should manage efficiently, exert the execution power of Xinya, and improve the high-quality service standardization of Xinya.

On June 28, after the successful completion of the self-driving tour, the company held the second quarterly regular meeting and scheduling meeting in Urumqi, Xinjiang to learn and implement the spirit of "speaking at most once". General Manager Xia Songkang pointed out at the meeting that the 2021 Xinjiang Travel group construction and training activity came with thinking for development, such as thinking about the future development direction of Xinya to ask for directions, thinking about how to live through the GDP test in the second half of 2021, think about "speaking once at most" service standardization, thinking about the development of “xin culture” and thinking about Xinjiang travel experience and so on.

General Manager Xia looked back and summarized highlight of work of the work in the first half of this year.
