The 2020 Xinya “I Add Brilliance to My Position” Team-Building Event for Post-80s Employees Has Concluded Successfully!
Adding luster to our positions, dedicating our youth to Xinya. On August 8, 2020, the last group of post‑80s employees—led by Deputy General Manager Zhou Boting—who had set out for Anji to participate in team-building and outreach activities returned safely, marking the successful conclusion of Xinya’s 2020 “I Add Luster to My Position” post‑80s employee team‑building initiative, which had spanned a full month.
Xinya’s post‑80s employees are brimming with youthful energy and serve as the company’s main workforce. Since the launch of team‑building activities on July 5, 2020, more than 318 employees have participated in eight separate groups, traveling to Anji in Zhejiang, Qiandao Lake, and Dangshan Mountain, among other destinations, while leaders from the company’s headquarters each led their own teams in these activities.

The outreach activities in the three locations were tailored to local conditions, combining indoor sessions with outdoor programs. With uniquely creative activity designs, they seamlessly integrated participation, fun, and interaction. Random team formations enabled participants to step outside their usual social circles; through practice and competition in team games, they continually explored the secrets of collective collaboration, offering mutual encouragement and support, fostering and deepening their rapport. While making new friends, they also gained firsthand experience of the power and appeal of teamwork.
In addition to expanding their horizons, the post‑80s employees also visited and explored local attractions that are rich in cultural and historical significance, experiencing the unique humanistic charm of different cities.
Life is not just about the mundane struggles right before our eyes—it also holds poetry and distant horizons. Work isn’t solely a flurry of ship repairs; it’s also filled with unexpected delights! This “Adding Splendor to Our Positions” team-building event not only allowed our post‑80s employees to relieve stress, unwind their minds and bodies, and savor moments of joy, but also enabled them to reap rich rewards and profound insights through the sheer delight of overcoming challenges. Under the leadership of the headquarters’ management, these post‑80s employees braved harsh weather and challenging conditions—such as heavy rain, dense fog, scorching heat, and traffic jams—working together in unity. By participating in a variety of team-building activities and surmounting one obstacle after another, they came to deeply understand the importance of teamwork. Moreover, each post‑80s employee used their own actions to embody the spirit of initiative, trust, responsibility, and continuous improvement that defines a Xinya person, showcasing the creativity and vitality, cohesion and fighting spirit of Xinya’s post‑80s workforce, while strengthening the team’s sense of pride and belonging.
Unity breeds strength; it is through teamwork that dreams are realized. The “Adding Brilliance to My Role” team-building activities not only consolidate the power of Xinya but also carry forward Xinya’s culture, while seamlessly integrating each small family into Xinya’s larger community.
