——The Company’s Youth League General Branch Hosts an Outdoor Team-Building Activity for Those Born in the 1990s

Everyone only experiences youth once; only by being the best version of ourselves during our most beautiful years can we stay true to our original aspirations and live a life of no regrets. On July 28, 2020, in order to enrich and invigorate the cultural lives of the company’s post‑90s young employees, and to further strengthen the company’s cohesion, execution capabilities, communication skills, collaborative spirit, and “Xin Culture,” the company’s Youth League General Branch organized more than 80 post‑90s young employees from across the factory to embark on an outdoor team‑building activity at Moushan in Yuyao, themed “Youth Without Regret, Xin Ya Xing.”

During the team-building activities, each post‑90s young employee—divided into seven groups—was brimming with enthusiasm, fully engaged, and deeply committed to mutual support and trust. They tapped into their spirit of teamwork, working together to successfully complete every group project. The thrilling success of each challenge—whether it was creating team flags, the “60 Seconds” speed round, or the “Post Office Relay”—was the result of their relentless efforts. These experiences not only honed their confidence and courage, fostered mutual trust, and enhanced the team’s communication, interaction, understanding, and collaborative capabilities, but also helped them realize that, just like in the “Post Office Relay” project, they must ensure that information is conveyed accurately and without error in their own work roles. In particular, during the “Rhythmic Clapping – We Are the Best Team” competition, everyone gathered in a circle under the blazing summer sun, with each team member coordinating seamlessly…

After the team-building activities concluded, the company awarded prize money to the teams that ranked first through third in the overall score of the competition events. The company wished every young employee born in the 1990s boundless horizons and the courage to ride the winds and brave the waves, dedicating their youthful years without regret to the future development of Xinya.
