From July 8th to 10th, the "I add elegance to the post" post-80s employee development activity came to the beautiful Qiandao Lake. Nearly 40 employees, led by the assistant general manager Wang Junting, demonstrated the creativity, vitality and cohesion of the post-80s employees While relaxing with combat power, it also enhances the sense of honor and belonging of the team.

      On the afternoon of July 8, the members successfully arrived at the group building base. Affected by rain, indoor projects were adopted for this team building. After the warm-up activity, the outreach activity officially began.       Before the official start of the team competition, each team gradually entered a state of teamwork by choosing team names, setting slogans, and drawing team flags. In the pre-match practice session, the players explored methods, divided labor, summed up experience in continuous adjustments, and improved collaboration efficiency. During the competition, everyone was fully committed, not rushed or impatient, encouraged each other, and all completed the activity tasks within the specified time.        The event also organized members to watch the large-scale theme performance "The Spirit of Qiandao Lake", and experience the unique charm of the only water stage in China. From the unique and beautifully designed programs, they learned about the historical changes of Qiandao Lake.
