In the splendid prelude of golden autumn in September, China Xinya embarked on an unprecedented journey to the South of Xinjiang for its 2024 team-building event, guided by the illuminating beacon of “Xin Culture”. This endeavor is not merely a profound exploration of natural beauty, historical relics, and cultural heritage; it also serves as a magnificent voyage that showcases team cohesion and inspires individual potential. Under the leadership of CEO Xia Songkang, 57 passionate and ambitious members from various levels—including senior executives, department heads, outstanding employee representatives, and representatives of subcontractors—set forth on this thirteen-day assembly of elites and started a journey of cultural discovery. With curiosity about the unknown and a thirst for challenges driving them forward, they bravely initiated this remarkable adventure.

The magnificent mountains and rich culture of Southern Xinjiang added a unique charm to this team-building activity:

- Departing from Urumqi and traveling eastward, we traversed the breathtaking landscapes of the Tianshan Mountains, ultimately reaching the distant and mysterious Tashkurgan, where we immersed ourselves in the picturesque grasslands.

-Departing from Bayanbulak and journeying southward, we traversed a realm embraced by snow-capped mountains and lush green pastures—a veritable paradise.

Here, the enchanting landscapes at the edge of the Tianshan Mountains and the Taklamakan Desert unfold before us. Eventually, we arrived in Hetian, a place steeped in history and warmth, where we appreciated the dazzling beauty of this renowned city of jade.

At the entrance of Khunjerab pass, surrounded by majestic mountains and fluttering flags, the solemnity and grandeur of the border evoked a deep sense of reverence. Standing beneath the gateway of our country and gazing up at the national flag, under the leadership of CEO Xia, all members of Xinya raised their arms in unison, exclaiming: “Long live our motherland!” A profound pride in being Chinese and admiration for our country’s magnificent landscapes naturally arose within us. This exhilarating journey—marked by galloping strides and expansive horizons—exemplifies the resilient spirit of Xinya people who are united in purpose and fearless in facing challenges.

Self-driving training, weathering storms together, the vastness of southern Xinjiang has become a testing ground for the team spirit of Xinya people. The thirteen days of journey serve as a testament to their relentless pursuit and an eternal badge forged by teamwork. Throughout the challenges and trials along the way, we stood shoulder to shoulder, overcoming difficulties together. There is an affection for the enchanting landscapes of Southern Xinjiang, a joy in surpassing personal limits, an understanding of the team’s transformation from cocoon to butterfly, and aspirations for Xinya’s future.

At the welcome banquet, everyone enthusiastically discussed their expectations and aspirations for the journey to Southern Xinjiang. During the farewell banquet, reflections on the efforts and rewards of this entire trip were shared, with participants expressing their determination to continue striving and innovating in the company’s future development. “Finding opportunities in adversity, unleashing potential amidst challenges, and consolidating strength through unity”—the exchange of these insights further enhanced team cohesion and injected a powerful impetus into China Xinya’s future endeavors for expansion and growth.

Xia expressed full recognition of the performance exhibited by all employees during the self-driving training in Southern Xinjiang.
