Every year of June is the national "Work Safety Month". Considering the actual situation and focusing on the Work Safety Month theme of this year-- "Everyone cares about safety and everyone could respond to emergencies" and meanwhile implementing the important speech of Xinya’s CEO Mr. Songkang Xia at the "5.15" safety meeting on work safety, Xinya has launched a Safety and Quality Learning Meeting with a Commitment Signing Ceremony of Safety and Security Area Responsibility System. Employees from Engineering Management Dept., the Subcontractor Dept., the engineering Support Dept., HSE Dept. and other more than 100 on-site work area workers togethered with the Vice President Mr.Junting Wang, who was charge of Security , attending the meeting and the ceremony.

During the meeting, Mr.Junbo Liu, the manager of the HSE Dept., explained the safety management work and responsibility implementation from many aspects such as new employees, special operations, PPE, safety disclosure, personnel control, and safety red lines.

Mr. Junting Wang stressed at the meeting: To fully implement the decision and deployment of the company's safety production work, from wearing PPE to working with the certificate, from the seven safety red lines to completing to the ten safety red lines, which are the keys to improve safety management. "Safety and Security are the priority" is the must for all the employees from all departments. With a specialized safety work of Xinya style, Xinya would continuously strengthen the foundation management of safety production and constantly improve the safety awareness of all employees.

Later on, on behalf of the Xinya’s management, Mr. Junting Wang signed the commitment letter of Safety and Security Area Responsibility System with Engineering Management Dept., the Subcontractor Dept., the engineering Support Dept., HSE Dept. and other Dept.

Manager of the HSE Dept.--Mr.Haigang Yu signed the commitment letter of Safety and Security Area Responsibility System with all work areas, fleets and general managers.
